Proposals may cover one or more of the following:

• Construction & Technical Trades (Bricklaying,
  Plumbing, Electrical Basics)
• Digital Literacy & ICT
• Security Training
• Hospitality & Tourism
• Beauty & Personal Care
• Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development
• Life Skills & Work Readiness
• Green Economy (Permaculture, Recycling,
  Regenerative Agriculture)

Training must include both theoretical and practical components, with certification pathways where applicable.

Proposal Must Include

• Company profile & proof of accreditation (e.g. SETA, QCTO)
• Track record in similar contexts
• Proposed course outlines
• Delivery method & duration
• Cost per learner (include materials, facilitation, certification)
• Monitoring & evaluation plan & follow-up support
• List of facilitators & their qualifications

Selection Criteria

• Alignment with Skills Plan priorities
• Accreditation and sector expertise
• Minimum 2 years experience with similar communities
