The Midvaal Local Municipality hereby intends to amend the following contracts that were procured through a supply chain management system as per Section 116(3) of the MFMA, 56 of 2003.

1. The extension for the following contracts will be on a month to month basis from 01 July 2025 until the appointment of the new service provider/s, for a period not exceeding (six)6 months.

1.1. 8/2/2/369RE (2022-2025) Bid for the appointment of a panel for rental of plant, vehicles and equipment to Midvaal Local Municipality on an as and when required basis from the date of appointment until 30 June 2025.

1.2. 8/2/9/26 (2022-2025) Bid for the appointment of suppliers for the supply, delivery and fitment of vehicle batteries on an as and when required basis for Midvaal Local Municipality from date of appointment for a period of 36 months.
