Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21(a) of the Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 read together with Regulation 06 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations – Gazetted 30 May 2005 with effect from 01 July 2005, that Midvaal Local Council has considered the Quarter Three, Quarter four and the Annual implementation of the Supply Chain Management Report relating to the implementation of the Supply Chain Management Policy of the Municipality for the financial year of 01 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 as follows;
