This notice serves to inform all interested and affected stakeholders of the following By-Law approved as draft for public comment by the Midvaal Local Municipality:

 Draft Midvaal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law

(Council Resolution: C 3522/04/2025)

The draft Midvaal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law review document is advertised in terms of the Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000 and the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013 for public comment and will lie open for inspection for a period of 60 days inspection from 04 June 2025.

Any persons wishing to view the draft document may do so during normal office hours at Development and Planning Department or by using the link or QR code as provided below:

All written comments may be submitted to Development and Planning or emailed to planning@midvaal.gov.za. Comments must be submitted on or Before Monday, 04 August 2025.
