MIDVAAL LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES STAKEHOLDERS AND INTERESTED PARTIES TO COMMENT ON THE EMERGENCY SERVICES DRAFT BY-LAW

Dear Midvaal residents,

Please be advised that, in accordance with Section 12(3) read with Section 21 of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000), the Midvaal Local Municipality is inviting all interested and concerned parties to review and comment on the Emergency Services draft By-law, as required by the aforementioned legislation. 

The Emergency Services draft By-law document is available for review from 14 November 2023 until 14 December 2023 (By-Law Policy). The document will be accessible at all clinics, libraries, and satellite offices across the Municipal area of jurisdiction, as well as on the Midvaal website, MLM social media platforms, and the My Midvaal App. 

If you wish to provide any feedback or representation on the Emergency Services draft By-law document, please submit it in writing no later than 14 December 2023 to the Legal Services: Corporate Support Services at the Midvaal Municipal Offices, Civic Centre, located at 25 Mitchell Street, Meyerton, during regular office hours between 07:30 to 13:00 and 13:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
