If your supply has been disconnected due to non-payment of your account, it will only be reconnected upon settlement on the full amount plus reconnection fees, and an additional deposit. The amounts levied are due and payable on date as stated. Interest is raised in terms of Section 97(1) (e) of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 on all arrear amounts. Receipts will not be issued if payment is made by cheque.
