Complaints System

Should the need arise to lodge / report a complaint, you are welcome to do so by either calling the Chief Complaints Officer on 016 360 7486 from 7:30 till 16:00 or by calling 016 360 7500 after hours.  You can also contact us via e-mail(This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), fax (016 360 7519) or through the "Request It or Report It" online form at any time.

A reference number is issued for every complaint and can be used to track your complaint. Note that when a complaint is submitted, it is registered and sent to the relevant departments for further investigation and feedback.
